The Flexi-Banner System

To the right you can see the two banners standing 4metres high and 700mm wide printed on blockout PVC.

This lamp post is in the windy area of Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, South Wales, facing the westerly winds off the atlantic.
You will notice that the left hand banner is curving to allow the 25mph gusts blown against it then coming back into position using the spring return mechanism.
You will also notice the bars holding the banner bending not only to the side but also inward to that banner, releasing the wind pressure from the banner and lamp post.

Wind tunnel tests have proven that the Flexi-Banner System will save both the banners and posts in winds over 100mph
